There are many similarities and many differences between Prokaryotic and Eukaryotic cells some are limited to but in only that Prokaryotic cells lack most organelles; whereas the Eukaryotic cells contain many forms of organelles. Prokaryotic cells have a simpler structure, generally single celled (excluding Prokaryotic colonies); whereas the Eukaryotic cell has a more complex structure. Prokaryotic cells are smaller compared to the larger Eukaryotic cells. Plant and animal cells are both constructed from Eukaryotic cells.
