The hierarchy of needs theory is one of a well know motivation of theory by Abraham Maslow who was a psychologist. It was established in a model in 1949-50 in the US. He had assumed that in every human being contained a hierarchy of 5 needs: physiological, safety, social, esteem, self-actualization. 1). Physiological would consist of hunger, thirsty, shelter, sex, and additional bodily needs. 2).
