About the Download

Write a 700- to 1,050-word section for your strategic plan in which you add your strategies and tactics to implement and realize your strategic objectives, measures, and targets. Include marketing and information technology strategies and tactics. Develop at least three methods from Chapter 13 to monitor and control your proposed strategic plan, being sure to analyze how the measures will advance organizational goals financially and operationally. Finally, recommend actions needed to address ethical, legal, and regulatory issues faced by the organization, and how they can improve corporate citizenship.
The 700 to 1,050 strategies and tactics information described above is part of the final strategic plan paper and should not be prepared as a separate document but included in the paper under the subheading β€˜Strategies and Tactics’.
Combine with revisions from instructor feedback your completed strategic plan. This includes the vision, mission, values, SWOTT table summary, balanced scorecard table summary, and a customized communication plan for your small business.
Your consolidated final strategic plan should be 2,800 to 4,200 words in length.
Note: The combined strategic plan is not a complete cut and paste of previous papers prepared in the course, but should include revisions made as a result of instructor graded feedback and added information gained during your research for the paper. Do not include the SWOTT or Balanced Scorecard tables but summarize the key outcomes from the SWOTT and Balanced Scorecard tables taking into account and making changes based on instructor feedback.
Format paper consistent with APA guidelines and include citations from the texts and peer reviewed sources to support points. At least two cited sources must be from the text readings and one from the UOP library.
