Nice analysis and presentation indeed…………just the way a SWOT analysis is to be conducted…….a couple questions and points………first, how is the firm’s heavy dependence on mass retailers like Wal-Mart and Sam’s Club a weakness?…………have you considered how difficult it is for product purveyors to pass Wal-Mart’s shelf-space acceptance thresholds?…………..and if only 11% of revenue is generated from those sources…….why is that bad?……that means a significant portion of revenue is generated from more diverse market dispersion………..so, if I think I follow your logic, if those accounts were lost……….recovery is manageable……..
Second, what about the intense competitive dynamics in the beverage industry, and particularly the space occupied by Pepsico and Coke, as the #1 and #2 competitors?………you didn’t discuss that and it is probably the dominating feature of the firm’s strategic posture and the industry dynamic at-large…….
