Search the Internet for Legal Articles in Health Care these articles must be about the legal aspects of health care or lawsuits concerning cases of healthcare. For instance, Medicare or Medicaid Fraud, Physician Malpractice etc. You may use journals, peer reviewed articles etc. about technology related articles in healthcare. Article must not be older than 5 years.
Typed paper two (2) page summary of the article (paraphrased); double spaced; TimesRoman 12pt. font; typed in Microsoft Word; 1 inch margins. Submit original article and summary
Save LA articles as lastname_LA and the number of the article (example McNair_LA1).
Paraphrase Do not plagiarize following which three (3) legal terms from the article will be defined at the bottom of the article.
Do not provide any abbreviations for definitions or any links to articles.
Article should be written in the third person no personal opinion is required or requested unless otherwise specified by the instructor.
Cite where article was retrieved at the bottom of the summary in the current version of the APA style of writing. Please remember that you must cite your reference within the summary as well if not it is a form of plagiarism.
Use peer review articles from reputable journals pertaining to legal aspects of health care. Do not use the Wikipedia website. This is not an accepted academic website. Also, do not cite your textbook either
