About the Download

In an effort to create additional discussions about Chapter 12, Indirect Compensation: Employee Benefit Plans, it was mentioned that Benefit programs are cornerstones to diversity in the workforce. Specifically, with the large the amount of benefit preferences, the more likely the workforce will be content to perform. Furthermore, in addition to just the basic working benefits, there are also other benefits such as unemployment insurance, workers compensation, and even transportation benefits for those who have to travel long distances repeatedly. With this in mind, do you agree that benefits lead to job satisfaction? Is it a true statement that the more benefit packages that are available, then the higher the likelihood of employees having job satisfaction?
