An excellent point when discussing staffing the importance of culture in staffing. For the most part, in organizational culture and business strategy’s effect on hiring practices, some companies might hire to fit an established culture or if new, too form a business culture. Basically the company culture of any particular organization is simply looking for compatible fits with its own mindset, values, ideas, and personality. Any companies own culture is formed by its foundation made up of its own unique long term vision, goals, and how it becomes structured in its pursuit to achieve what it sets out to do. A companies culture could be thought of as its basic fabric, the DNA of a company down to its fiber and how they write job descriptions and choose interview questions is determined by the nature of the organization.
