A shipper asked a truck driver to deliver a shipment of chemicals and to protect them from freezing while en route. The driver assured the shipper that the chemicals would be carried in heated trucks. When the shipper learned that the shipment had been damaged in transit by freezing, she demanded payment from the trucking company.
