Copyright Violation Policy
Poorgradpoorstudent.com*: Policy for Filling Copyright Violation Claim
Poorgradpoorstudent.com takes violations of all copyrights very seriously – and maintains a zero tolerance policy against intellectual theft. If you honestly believe that any of our tutorials infringe upon a copyright of your original work, please file a Copyright Violation Claim with our website to trigger an investigation. Claims may be filed via email only or via postal mail AND email together.
All Copyright Violation Claims must include the following:
– Your name, email, and telephone number (besides any other contact information you choose to provide).
– A detailed description of your original work that you believe has been infringed upon (including a copyright registration number if available).
– A detailed description of the tutorial that you believe is infringing upon this work. The order number and the tutor ID of the author that was provided to you along with the tutorial must be included for us to identify and locate this material. Please see the front page of the tutorial for this information.
– A copy of the tutorial itself.
– Your Signature (electronic if the communiqué is via email), including the following statement:
“I honestly believe that the work included in this claim is in copyright violation and used without authorization of the copyright owner, agent, or the law. I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this claim is truthful and that I am the copyright owner, or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of a copyright that is being violated.”
All email claims must be sent addressed to the “Copyright Agent at Poorgradpoorstudent.com”, reached at ‘legal@Poorgradpoorstudent.com‘.
NOTE: Postal claims must also be sent as emails to ensure a quick review.
Claims will not be accepted if filed anywhere else. Claims will not be accepted if they do not include all of the above-mentioned points. A representative from Poorgradpoorstudent.com.com may contact you as a follow-up to your claim.
Once Poorgradpoorstudent.com.com has received your claim an investigation will be conducted. This may or may not include contacting the individual(s) who posted the tutorials in question, and may or may not include giving said individual(s) opportunity to respond to your claim. At the conclusion of the investigation we will notify you of the outcome and steps taken, if any, to address the copyright violation. If a tutorial is indeed found in violation of a copyright it will be immediately removed from the website.
PLEASE DO NOTE: ELABORATING ON THE SWORN STATEMENT ABOVE, PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MAY BE SUBJECT TO LIABILITY UNDER APPLICABLE US OR INTERNATIONAL LAWS IF YOU MATERIALLY MISREPRESENT THAT ANY CONTENT ON THE WEBSITE POORGRADPOORSTUDENT.COM ENCROACHES OR INFRINGES UPON YOUR COPYRIGHT. WE ALWAYS ADVISE THEREFORE, TO CONSULT A LAWYER IF YOU ARE NOT ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN BEFORE YOU SUBMIT A ‘COPYRIGHT VIOLATION CLAIM’ AGAINST ANY CONTENT ON POORGRADPOORSTUDENT.COM.
We started Poorgradpoorstudent.com to give students an alternative to the numerous (in the thousands) assignment markets that you can find on the Internet today. Their apparent aim is to primarily make a profit selling probably what they bought off the Internet.
We, at Poorgradpoorstudent, place a strong emphasis upon keeping the tutor fellowship restricted to graduate students (including teachers, lecturers and professors) – with a high specialization in the field they tutor or provide solutions (usually a Master’s and at least a Bachelor’s degree). We are also one of the most internally observed and quality controlled sources – taking pride in being one of the few genuine sources of quality tutorials today.
One of the ways we ensure this in principle is offering students the option to receive only limited help. Students may choose to receive between ‘Basic help’ or ‘Advanced Help’ – instead of going for the MUCH costlier ‘Complete Tutorial’ option, and specify what aspect of the tutorial they need the help to be focused upon – and pay accordingly. This enables us to ensure students do not abuse the services we provide and submit what they buy from us toward a proctored project, besides reducing the chances of our own tutors violating their own copyrights.
All our tutors – must be part to a binding legal contract to only submit works that respect copyrights and intellectual property rights of others.
In keeping with the spirit, sense and purpose of the website, and as a testimony to the quality of service we strive to maintain – Poorgradpoorstudent.com will forever maintain a standing cash award of US $50.00 to any person who can prove a violation of their genuine intellectual property rights while following the procedures mentioned in this document – and as determined by the management at Poorgradpoorstudent.
