Explain how evolutionary psychology can help us explain social behavior?

Explain how evolutionary psychology can help us explain social behavior?

Human behavior in any challenging social scenario can almost always be resolved into a basic option between fight and flight. This binary perspective has evolved from thousands of years of conditioning and experience. Actions and courses taken by us collectively over years have helped us form a learning, that has morphed into instincts. Subtle, subconscious behavior that guides every aspect of our demeanor!
Evolution is learning done over a course of many thousands of years, which we fall back on every time we need referencing an appropriate format of behavior, given a situation. Evolutionary psychology helps unravel the links leading up to the kind of psyche we as modern humans have adapted. Needless to say then, our day to day social behavior derives heavily from the core of our learning.
